UNIFYING

Unified Communications

Voice, messaging, meetings and contact centre journeys designed, migrated and run as one service.

Calling, meetings and customer contact are the services people notice most when they fail. We bring telephony, messaging, meetings and contact centre flows onto one platform with one number plan, one routing model and one set of service levels, then tune the network underneath so quality is designed rather than hoped for.

Voice systems that were inherited, not designed

Most estates carry a legacy PBX, an early cloud phone system, a separate conferencing tool and a contact centre bought for one campaign — none of them sharing a number plan, a directory or a view of the customer. Call quality is blamed on the network without data, numbers sit in places nobody owns, and every move or restructure turns into a project.

  • Legacy handsets, trunks and ISDN lines still on the bill after the moves
  • Numbers and call plans spread across providers with no single inventory
  • Meeting rooms that work some of the time, and never the same way twice
  • Contact centre reporting that cannot follow a customer across channels
  • Call quality complaints with no measurement to argue either way

What we do

Cloud telephony

PBX replacement, number migration, call plans, auto-attendants and call queues designed around how people actually reach you.

Meetings & rooms

Audio, video and webinars with room systems specified per space, so the first minute of a meeting is not spent fixing it.

Messaging & collaboration

Team messaging, presence and file workflows that replace phone tags, forwarded extensions and long email threads.

Contact centre

Inbound and outbound queues, skills-based routing, self-service menus and CRM integration that follows the customer across channels.

Voice-grade networking

Prioritisation, session border control and trunk capacity sized to measured peak concurrency rather than an estimate.

Numbers & calling governance

One number plan, calling entitlements, short codes, international dialling and calling policy held in a documented register.

How we engage

  1. 01

    Map the traffic

Numbers, trunks, devices, rooms and contact flows inventoried, with call and meeting quality measured from real usage before anything is designed.

  2. 02

    Design one model

A single number plan, routing model and room standard, agreed with the people who answer the phones rather than only with IT.

  3. 03

    Move in waves

Sites, users and queues migrated in planned batches with parallel running, number porting and a rehearsed rollback.

  4. 04

    Tune & report

Quality, utilisation and cost reviewed monthly, with trunk capacity and routing adjusted as usage moves.

Common questions

Do we have to replace every handset and room system?
Not necessarily. Many endpoints can be retained or reused through adapters; the assessment establishes what genuinely has to be replaced and what does not.
Can you move our numbers without customers noticing?
Yes. Number porting is planned in batches with parallel running and conditional forwarding, so calls keep landing while the move is in progress.
Is this different from the digital workplace service?
Digital workplace covers the devices, applications and support an employee uses. Unified communications covers the calling, meeting and customer contact flows that run across them.
